One thing to consider too, it that a Holy priest is going to have a high resist rate compared to a shadow priest. Typical Holy gear sets focus on plus healing and plus MP5 at the expense of spell hit.
I see BB using an AE effect, this is a no no in any CC based fight. Players need to know which attacks are AE and when to avoid them. This particularly applies to Warriors and Rogues.
The Mob that is cleansing, is why that mob should either be shacked the entire fight (only reliable with a shadow priest), or should be killed first.

Its amazing how much you learn when you are leading raids, rather than just attending them. It really shows you how much you don't know. So does a careful review of combat logs. I want to be a better raid leader, and leading Green Group has taught me a lot. Zez, I emailed the raw logs to you for posting whenever you can get to it.
Some new stuff I learned last night:
1. Shadow Priests are better at shackling than Holy Priests. I didn't know that.
2. You need 3 forms of CC for the Moroes fight, because someone has to shackle the 2nd dps target while we are killing the 1st. We only had two (me and Vilil), which made for some real problems. Kudos to Khadra and Axten for the fears.
3. The "best practice" for paladins during the Maiden fight is to have the paladin responsible ONLY for two things: Blessing of Sacrifice and Cleansing. We tried having both Vilil and Khadra on cleanses and heals, and it worked very poorly. When we corrected it, we got the fight done.
Thanks to the patience and "stick-to-it-ive-ness" of everyone last night, we were still able to get 3 bosses down in roughly 2.5 hours. There is no reason at all why we can't do at least Opera and Curator on Sunday night, assuming good participation.
