Heres a little post that i hope answers some of the most commonly asked shaman questions. Q; What is the fastest spec/way to level a Shaman? A: Enhancement is the fastest from level 10-60. Both Enhancement and Elemental level quickly in the burning crusade because they actually have elemental shaman gear in Outland compared to Azeroth. Q: Does an Enhance Shaman or Elemental Shaman do more dps?? A: I am not totally sure, i have not played an enhance shaman since the windfury nerf, but i would suspect that if say for instance, an enhance shaman and elemental shaman both had full tier 4, and very similar gear, it would be near equal, or the elemental shaman may come out on top. Q: I Need level 70 spec's, help plz! A:Elemental SpecThis spec is great for raiding dps, and alright for pvp because you get a %chance to resist interruption when healing yourself. Drop totem of wrath and get natures swiftness if your main focus is PVP.Resto SpecBest Resto spec for healing in raids, and its my current spec.  I'm just visiting.  But I'd like to point out that you're wrong.  Shamans have the second best heal in the game - chain heal.  It is amazing for raids, and arena.  Also mana efficiency is NO problem... water shield=amazing.  also look at your mana spring and tide tottems.  If you're not chain heal specced you're doing something wrong.  chain heal heals more for less mana.  get some spell haste gear and you're even more set.  Also I'm not sure why 24% of your mana back over 12 seconds isn't that useful to you... maybe you run around the whole time, but I'd certainly hope not.  Mana tide tottem is amazing.  =better than a mana potion.

that's just my critisism anyways

i leveled resto from 60-70 so i could get all of my enhance gear from the heroics i ran >.<

there can never be too many healers and it was a fun/easy way to level

once i hit 70 i had all instance gear and was ready for endgame.

You have made the same mistake as everyone else does about enhancement shamans.
You NEED Hit Rating almost as much as anything! If your level 70 and plan to start raiding get around 275-300 HR capped , then you should have decent enough dps.
My shaman was a hybrid of shaman, hunter and rogue gear, and he done vast amounts of dps.
Just remember , Hit Rating = Important!!

this is the best enhancement pve raid spec... the one u posted has some areas which needs to be imporved.. enhancement shamans use shocks all the time and should be put in abit more focus.

 and for what stats, Haste is VERY important in all of the three specs (maybe not that much in enhance, but im not so familiar there)

 and to the guy saying you need 300 hit rating it is bullshit.. if you look at the best fucking enhancement shamans in the entire world they have about 130 and you dont need more. that is enough.

Hey you made some mistakes like:
When did resto shamans started to need spirit?
Your ele spec is nowhere near great, first Eye of storm talent, if you get crit in raid you are dead so you wont cast anything anymore... Fire nova totem talent? is it useful anywhen in any condition? You dont take Storm reach which makes you able to cast from bigger distance... and you take 5/5 in mana regen when you have elemental focus... You dont take nature guidance cos you prefer 56% healing spells interuption over 3% hit (that is 38 spell hit rating that would be able to become spell haste or spell crit) and you wont heal in raids... Also you dont take nature warding which is -10% push on healers in tough fights...
You resto spec is nowhere near great either although it is not so noobish as ele spec...
And most enh raiding shamans goes for ele subspec rather than resto...

Pallys, preist and druids are much more efficient healers. - LIES, Shamans CAN heal efficiently, just you need to use chain heal... Priests are most mana ineficient healers... Ofc if half of your items has spirit you will never be mana efficient... :P You should have exactly 0 of bonus spirit (means spirit in your stats should be white).
